Historiography - 2nd semester
Objectives
a) To know the conditions of the emergence and diffusion of the different kinds of records about the human past;
b)To know the main historiographical tendencies in the Western, from Antiquity to our days;
c)To know the fundamental bibliography about the subject and to be able to interpret historiographical texts
d) To develop the ability of oral and written communication, with historiographical specific vocabulary and concepts
e) To obtain the acquaintance to continue a deep study on historiography

Teaching method
60% of theoretical classes (oral explanation of the syllabus) and 40% of practical classes (analysis of historiographical texts and historical documents with the participation of the students).
Evaluation method
Two written tests in classroom (50% each one, for the final evaluation) and the oral participation of the students.
