Information Technology for Publishing - 1st semester
Objectives
This course aims
a) to provide the students with computer and technical skills that will enable them to perform basic operations of text editing in its many forms;
b) to sensitize the students to individual practice and self-training regarding more complex tasks related to editing.

Teaching method
Exposition, analysis and questioning of the theoretical concepts introduced; practical classes with tutorial supervision of the works that are being carried out.
Evaluation method
Besides taking into account the work that is developed throughout the sessions evaluation is mainly made based on a final test and on the theoretical and practical application of acquired knowledge and skills. Final test: 70%; class work: 15%; final work: 15%
