Presentation and discussion of case studies in different territorial and socio-demographic contexts;
Group work, directed to the application programming methodologies, in a county chosen by the group;
Monitoring of fieldwork - collecting information for analysis of equipment networking and interviews with their managers.
Students are informed in the first class on the elements of evaluation and their relative weight in the final grade. The evaluation has four elements:
i) Written test on the theoretical matter (55%);
ii) Group work with a reporting (50000 characters) and public discussion (25%);
iii) Review by two papers (10%);
iv) Evaluation of class participation (10%).
1) FACILITIES: POLICIES, INFRAESTRUCTURES AND SERVICES. Facilities concept. Typologies. Public policies associated. Competences of the various levels of government. Proximity facilities and structural facilities: their integration into regional planning.
2) DEFINITION AND SIZING OF THE FACILITIES NETWORKS COLLECTIVE .Sizing and (re) structuring of networks: demand versus supply; factors involved in their reconfiguration; diagnostic methodologies; programming criteria, sizing and location. Exemplification. Equipment letter concept. Specificity of education equipment. Educational letter: concept and its application in various territorial contexts. New readings of Education / city: urban planning concept of school.
3) MANAGEMENT OF FACILITIES. Guiding principles of network management: monitoring and evaluation of performance indicators.
