Teaching method

Class lectures on theortical frames and concepts;
Presentation and problem solving in exemplary cases by small groups of students, using data sets provided by the professor;
Fieldtrips in organisations, followed by the presentation of students´ reports and their discussion in class;
Tutorial follow up of fieldwork on organisations, by individual students or small groups.

Evaluation method

Continuous assessment of students´ presentations and participation in class discussions on themes and case problem solving exercises (40%);
Written fieldtrip reports and their presentation and discussion in class (20%);
Applied fieldwork on one organisation, performed individually or by small groups of students, and resulting presentation and discussion in class (40%).
