c) To understand the dynamics of the relations between commercial, Off-Broadway and Off-Off Broadway theatre ;
d) To be able to thoroughly read selected dramas and to relate them with their representation in theatre ;
e) To research and write a critical essay about one of the plays studied during the seminar.

Evaluation method

Evaluation based on theoretical exposition of the fundamental problematics of the syllabus- the oral presentation of a topic related to one of the plays discussed (group work) and
participation in the workshop discussions [40 %]. 2- Final written essay about one of the plays discussed or about a related topic [60%].
