Dissertation in Cultural Heritage
Objectives
It is intended that the student will:
1 Acquire the conceptual, methodological and cultural skills which will further the academic performance or
start a career in this area.
2 Formulate a relevant research problem, test methods and develop hypotheses, learn to synthesize existing
knowledge in science.
3 Learning to organize ideas and present results in a clear and rigorous way.
4 Be able to issue reasoned diagnostic and organize projects within theoretical frameworks, comparability and
sustainability.

A master thesis is supervised by a teacher of the study in Cultural Heritage and follows the principles of
supervision contact hours provided in the regulation of Second Cycle study programmes.

Subject matter
The master thesis is the result of an original and innovative research that deepens the work done in the
teaching component, prepared under the scientific guidance of a Professor and must be approved by the
Scientific Council.
