The curricular unit is based on lectures, complemented by three deliveries of practical exercises. Lectures include the presentation and discussion of project management concepts, processes, methods and techniques.
Practical exercises are focused on a simple project plan preparation, based on a case study presented to the students and an activities and cost plan from an external project contractor. At the end of each of the two first deliveries, the students receive a feedback with the purpose of improving the quality of the final delivery.

Evaluation method

Evaluation:
Written exam: a minimum score of 9.5 is required
Practical exercises: Evaluation based on last delivery.
