Objectives

At the end of the course students should be able to:

  • Identify how to increase competitive advantage, benefits and ?firm performance? for their organization, according to the level of ?business Solutions as a service? implemented;
  • Have examples of new business models and existing opportunities for accelerating business transformation and availability of new services and products as a service  (XaaS);
  • Understand which are the areas impacted and the readiness level of the organization regarding a greater adoption of  "business solutions as a service".
