Education objectives

Knowledge and comprehension at a level which: holding on to the knowledge level of the 1st cycle, the develop and deepen; enable and constitutes the basis of development and or original applications, in many cases in a context of research.

Application of knowledge and understanding, solve problems in new and unfamiliar situations, in broad contexts, although related to the economy.

Ability to integrate knowledge, dealing with complex issues, develop solutions or issue judgments in situations of limited or incomplete information, including reflections on the ethical and social implications and responsibilities arising out of these solutions and these judgments or condition.

Communicate findings, knowledge and reasoning underlying them, clearly and without ambiguity.

Holders of Evidence especially suitable aimed at Assessing the ability for the frequency of higher education for over 23 years

The evaluation for the frequency of higher education by the age of 23 years aim to provide access to higher education to show own competencies for the frequency of a course of 1st cycle.

If completed 23 years until 31 December of the year preceding the completion of the evidence and does not have access for a particular qualification course of 1st cycle, can subscribe to the New SBE, to perform the test and obtain that license.

This competition can apply those approved in evidence especially suitable to assess the ability to attend higher education.

Degree pre-requisites

The bachelor degrees in economics and management are structured in semesters. Each discipline/Chair matches a number of ECTS credits (European Credit Transfer System). When discipline is frequented successfully, the student is assigned the corresponding number of ECTS.

All disciplines have length every six months.

For the granting of the degree is compulsory at least six semesters of instruction and that the rules are complied with in the following points:

a) A total number of credits between 180 ECTS (minimum) and 195 ECTS (maximum);

b) Frequency utilization or dispensation to all Mandatory Chairs.

c) The Requirement of Internationalization.

d) Obtain a minimum of 15 ECTS in Elective course area Chairs

e) Frequency of utilization or dispensation of the Excel module Specialist (mandatory requirement only for students with tickets from 2014/15).
