Objectives
The program content address the main foundations of Food Science and Technology, looking forward to transfer to the student solid and complementary expertise in this area. The selected topics are presented throughout the UC and aim to gain knowledge in the various fields of Food Science and Technology. At the end of this course the student will have acquired knowledge and skills to enable him to understand the principles of food production and food transformation, be able to understand processes and technologies, and critically analyze the scientific literature of the area
