Education objectives
The course aims to provide in-depth study, an interdisciplinary perspective of Law and Security issues, bearing in mind that the legal order in democratic rule of law environment lies a key role in the foundation and limits of government.

Conditions of admittance
a) Candidates who have completed a Master's degree or equivalent.
b) Candidates whose academic, scientific or professional record shows an ability equivalent to that of someone with a Master's degree.
c) Canditates whose academic, scientific or professional record shows the ability to pursue doctoral research.
d) Candidates who have completed a Bachelor's degree before the signing of the Bologna Declaration (1999), and provided evidence of the ability to pursue doctoral research.
Evaluation rules
Classes (after working regime) are intended for display of content, but also aimed at questioning and solving practical aspects. It is a privileged dialogue with the students. The evaluation is done through reports submitted orally and in writing.
