Given the fact this unit is about Security Constitutional Law, it seems wise to give the students an overview about the historical evolution of Constitutional law considering the importance of the Contemporary State in securty issues and analizing the presente Portuguese Constitution in its articles related with National Defence, Policy, Intelligent Services ans Civil Defence
