Fundamental Rights

Objectives

I. Theoretical and case studies in Legal and Political Sciences in order to carry out specialized knowledge in the field of Fundamental Rights. Encouraging individual (or, exceptionally, small groups) "creativity", and, as far as possible, independent and autonomous research.

 

II. Class participation as an integral component of the course includes: (1) attendance at classes; (2) punctuality; (3) preparation; (4) professionalism.

 

III. Students are expected to attend regular classes, be punctual in order to be able to discuss the indicated or suggested study materials.
