Theory of Legal Norm

Objectives

The aim of this subject is to provide students with the fundamental and general elements of legal knowledge together with an economic relation of the specifications of the principal object of study ? the Law.

Empower the students to provide a first legal approach when confronting the surrounding social realities based on his/her legal background obtain during the classes.

Final evaluation exam helps to maintain a uniform level of exigency, showing its adequacy in the context of the School. 

Subject matter

The program focuses on the core elements elements of an Introduction to the Theory of Law. Classes will be structured in order to combine a theoretical component and the participation of the students.
Given the diversity of students, there are also differentiated work opportunities for those who wish to participate in discussions or written research, monitored by the professor.
