Objectives
In this course, students are expected to understand the fundamental problems of Private Law, to master their main concepts and to know the Portuguese legal rules on the subject. Students should be able to solve hypothetical cases.

Subject matter
The syllabus is structured in such a way as to allow a solid knowledge, in the first instance, of the main aspects of private law and, secondly, of the general theory of the legal transaction.
