Subject matter
Although tax sovereignty continues to be presented as one of the main elements that characterize the Contemporary National State,
international relations and the ever-increasing mobility of people and factors of production, it is essential to recognize the relevance of international tax dynamics.
The aim is to work towards understanding the universe of international taxation, understanding the fundamental principles and rules that constitute International Tax Law.
The object of analysis is the attempt to identify the meaning in the construction of an international tax system that regulates contemporary tax relations,
exploring the responses that have been advanced in this area, mainly through the OECD. Some analysis is carried out on the identification of some aspects of the EU,
although the motto of analysis of the curricular unit is not the Tax Law of the European Union.
