Objectives


  • Understanding the Importance of Motivation and Communication at the individual level and dynamics of the organization. The importance of active listening;
  • Identify the role of emotional intelligence as a result of self-knowledge in Leadership. The mission and the role of emotions and emotional literacy;
  • Understand what it means Leadership in our time and how to obtain leadership copetencies;
  • Review and discuss the importance of ethics and values (personal and organizational), as attributes of leadership;
  • The  importance of coaching as a tool, improving leadership and people management. The advantages of its use at the level of personal and organizational development;
  • Lear to understand the importance of contexts in its various dimensions (cultural, organizational, national, etc.) in the exercise of leadership.

Teaching method

Lectures methodology will tend to practice through active methods (practical exercises, discussion and debate articles) with operating experience and expectations of students and is expected also briefly oral exposure to introduction and consolidation of information.

Evaluation method

Individual and qualitative evaluation of the participants regarding the evolution perceived in terms of program content, participation in sessions, tests and exam. 

  • Student's presence in classroom greater then or equal 10 lectures without written justification and, home work, 20% the final exam (1st season)
    will be valued at 100% as end note.
  • Student's who miss one of the two tests, the average score of the endnote ponderation will have less 15%. (15% Test+50%Exam)
  • Student's who miss the two tests, the exam (1st season) will be valued at 100% as endnote (0% Tests + 100%exam)
  • Student's who want to improve the average score endnote, shoul sign up for the final exam (2sd. Season)
