Elective Clinical Rotation

Objectives

This optional unit aims at providing 6th year students with:
An advanced training period in a chosen clinical setting;
Integration into clinical departments, at the end of the last year of medical school;
Acquisition of relevant clinical experience in their chosen areas.

Teaching method

An attendance rate of >66% of available working days is required during the traineeship period;

Evaluation method

Students will be classified on a scale of 0 to 20.
Continuous evaluation will be based on the interest demonstrated by the student, their knowledge, attendance and acquired skills;

In case of a grade lower than 10, the student has to present a case report to the director of the department and the course director
