Objectives

a) To improve and master the theoretical framework and key concepts about Translation Studies.
b) To acquire and improve critical skills to discuss different translation projects in an interdisciplinary way.
c) To develop a critical awareness of the possibilities of elaborating research projects in the area of translation studies.

Teaching method

The teaching methodology is mainly reflective and oriented towards the issues which make up the contents of the seminar. Students will be supervised (individually or in small groups) during the final research paper. Face-to-face and/or partially online classes.

Evaluation method

Evaluation Methodologies - Participation in the analysis and discussion of texts and tasks(15%), Presentation and discussion of the written paper(25%), Written presentation of na individual short research paper(60%)
