Objectives

It is intended that students acquire a) a critical understanding of the theoretical and methodological references presented in this curriculum unit; b) the ability to draw innovative research problems, based on the literature suggested; c) the capacity to discuss the added value of specific research in the field of multi-ethnic cities, migrations and urban diversity.

Classes are divided by: Expositional, of the teacher´s responsibility, followed by debate (60%) Practical, centred in the discussion of selected topics (40%)

Evaluation method

Evaluation method - Individual presentations in class of a text about a syllabus´ topic(40%), Individual written work (critical reflection exercise with a maximum of 15 pages) (60%)
