Teaching method

The curricular unit is based on lectures, complemented by practical exercises. Lectures include the presentation and discussion of project management concepts, processes, methods and techniques.
Practical exercises are focused on project plan preparation, based on a case study given to students. After delivery a formal discussion with each group is scheduled.

Evaluation method

Grades are composed by 2 individual evaluation tests and one project (application group practice application)
Theory Grade = Round (0,5 * test 1 + 0,5 * test2), with a minimum grade of 9,5 (minimum grade of 8 in each test)
Application group exercise, with a minimum grade of 9,5
Group evaluation is defined based on the practical exercises and the final discussion.

Final Grade = Round ( 0,5 *Theory + 0,5 * Application exercise )
