Objectives
-Recognize the labor law aspects that have particular impact in the context of the health of workers in the local d work;
--Compreender os aspetos processuais da avaliação e reparação do dano em matéria de acidentes de trabalho e doenças profissionais;Understand the procedural aspects of the assessment and repair of damage in the field of occupational accidents and diseases; -Conhecer o diagnóstico da situação da SO em Portugal;
-Know The diagnosis of the situation of the SO in Portugal;
-Saber definir os objetivos, organizar e instalar um serviço de SO no atual contexto técnico e legal;-Know Set goals, organize and install an OS service in the current technical and legal context;
Planear, gerir e avaliar as atividades e programas em SO (vigilância da saúde, vigilância ambiental, gestão de riscos e promoção da saúde e investigação e outros) tendo em conta as políticas e as prioridades existentes e os recursos disponíveis-Plan, manage and evaluate the activities and programs in OS (health monitoring, environmental monitoring, risk management and health promotion, research and others) taking into account existing policies and priorities and available resources.
