Subject matter

Review of hypothesis tests: tests for two independent samples, tests for two paired samples, Chi-Square test, Fisher’s exact test and McNemar test. Non-parametric tests for more than 2 independent samples (Kruskal-Wallis test) and related (Friedman test). Linear regression model: adjustment, residue analysis and interpretation. Logistic regression model: adjustment, residue analysis and interpretation. Cox regression model: adjustment, residue analysis and interpretation.
