Objectives
On the curricular unit Thesis (2dn and 3rd years), under the supervision of his PhD supervisor, students organize their research project in preparation for the doctoral thesis.
Later under the same orientation, students will develop the work set out in project form to concretize the respective thesis in Health Sciences and Welbeing.

Teaching method
This course worked exclusively in tutorial regime in 2nd and 3rd years. In this unit, doctoral students will develop research on the scientific aspects and methodologies to be used, approved in the Thesis Project curricular unit of the respective area of specialty.
Subsequently under the supervision of a supervisor, the doctoral student develops the work leading to his thesis.
Evaluation method
The evaluation will take place through its presentation and public defense, according to the regulations of the University of Évora. Each year, each doctoral student will make an oral presentation of the work carried out within the scope of Annual Doctoral Student Days. This presentation is mandatory. At the end of each year, the doctoral student must also prepare a report of the work developed under the terms of the academic regulation.
The Course Committee will issue a reasoned opinion about the work carried out by the doctoral student (a), of which his supervisor (s) will be informed.
