Objectives
Concluded the doctoral course, the intellectual maturity of the student will thus be achieved through the exercise of writing the thesis chapters. The work of the supervisor and co-supervisors will be very important, as they must discuss each chapter with the students, during tutorial and periodic meetings, as well as in meetings with other students of the corresponding Specialized Seminar.

A bibliografia é indicada de acordo com a área de investigação doutoral de cada estudante. Porém, durante o processo de realização da tese, os alunos já devem ter adquirido as competências e autonomia necessárias para pesquisar fontes e bibliografia específica que irão utilizar no seu trabalho. Haverá sempre, contudo, indicações e comentários sobre a bibliografia durante as sessões individuais ou colectivas realizadas com o orientador.
The bibliography is provided according to the research area of each student. However, during the thesis writing process, the students must have acquired already the skills and autonomy necessary to research sources and scientific literature about the thesis subject. There will always be, however, indications and comments on the literature during the individual or collective sessions with the supervisor.
Teaching method
Teaching methodologies (including evaluation): (1000 characters) The teaching methodologies are based primarily on the interaction established between the students and their supervisors and co-supervisors, through the sessions that will continue to be held periodically and/or individual meetings to discuss each chapter.
