Master in Management - Advanced Executive

Education objectives

Given today's extraordinary pace of change, any study of the future and the long term envisions impacts on organizations and management. The future is naturally unpredictable, yet increasingly we are challenged to anticipate, in a forward-looking rather than a rear-view look, how business, society, and people will evolve.

The Executive Master addresses knowledge of strategic foresight of the future, leading organizations in change, strategic vision and impacts on the organization.  Considering the senior target of the Master's, the expectation is to strengthen existing skills and broaden related ones, highlighting building and analyzing future scenarios, articulating external variables, ability to lead and to make choices that create true value for the organizations and its people.

 Learning goals:

» To understand the external, global, connected and multivariable environment, in its dimensions, macroeconomic, geopolitical, cultural and technological, in a journey of sustainable development

» Explore new ways of thinking about business, organizational structure and processes, and organizational life

Conditions of admittance

  • Only candidates from accredited or recognized schools in their countries of origin will be admitted.
  • Candidates from Bachelor's programs with an academic degree in scientific areas such as Management, Technologies, Finance, or other related areas are accepted;
  • Candidates must have 10 or more years of experience in functions relevant to their academic area, preferably executives, directors, and senior staff who intend to update their skills for the future;

English language skills are required as some of the curricular units will be taught in English.
