Organizational Communication
Objectives
It is intended that the student is able to
a) Define organization and get to know the different types of organizations.
b) Reflect on the CCO perspective;
c) Know the concept of integrated organizational communication and characterize its constituents.
d) Identify and characterize organizational communicative flows.
e) Troubleshoot the concepts of Identity, Culture and Organizational Climate and relate them to the concepts of Mission, Vision and Values.
f) Relate the concepts of leadership and motivation
g) Recognize the challenges and opportunities to the organizations in the 21st century.
