Introduction to Management
Objectives
Introduction to the aspects / challenges that companies (and other organizations) face in Portugal and other countries. Theoretical concepts are accompanied by practical examples and skills training. At the end of this course, students should know the characteristics of companies / organizations of different types. They must also identify the fundamental areas of Management and evaluate their contribution to the construction of companies / organizations of various dimensions, types and geographical scope.
