Objectives
To work at level A1 of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages the breakthrough/ beginner:
a) Can understand and use familiar everyday expressions and very basic phrases aimed at the satisfaction of needs ofa concrete type.
b) Can introduce him/herself and others and can ask and answer questions about personal details such as wherehe/she lives, people he/she knows and things he/she has.
c) Can interact in a simple way provided the other person talks slowly and clearly and is prepared to help.
d) Can write simple notes and messages.

Teaching method
Practical language teaching. The communicative teaching aims to promote the interaction of the learner and an evermore extensive autonomous learning. The intercultural approach would lead to a better understanding of culturaldiversity.
