Objectives

1. To demonstrate the ability to review the research literature.

2. To demonstrate the ability to relate and articulate concepts and readings to its own educational experience.

3. To demonstrate the ability to critically analyze the research literature as well as its own professional and personal development.

4. To demonstrate openness to change through a process of reflective questioning.

5. To contribute in an ethical manner to the creation of an environment of responsible participation in the workgroup.

6. To master the overall planning of a report, ensuring its coherence.

7. To write in an appropriate academic style, respecting conventions of citation and references’ presentation.

8. To write with objectivity, conciseness, and fluency, mastering grammar and spelling.

Teaching method

Presentation and discussion of research problems in the teaching of music education. Creation of instruments for self-evaluation and reflective practice. Individual and small group monitoring of the development of writing a report.

Evaluation method

Individual writing of a reflective text on teaching practice (3 to 5 pages) (100%).
