Municipal Geographic Information Systems
Objectives
b) To be able to identify the strategy of a Municipal GIS and recognize their structuring valences;
c) To recognize the nature of municipal geographic information;
d) To be able to recognize the structural projects of geographic information to develop a local authority;
e) To be able to develop projects at local level for spatial analysis for geographic information municipal withacquisition, integration and integration of Remote Sensing and Geographic Information Systems.

Teaching method
Expositive classes using Information and Communication Technologies and Geographic Information Systems.
Invited experts will be also invited to shre the experiences of working qith GIS at local level.
Classes take place in a room equipped with one computer per student, with all the necessary software.
Individual or group work using specialized tools (hands on) with selfrealization of planned activities with knowledge application.
