Teaching method

"The classes are organized around reports and/or case studies, distributed throughout the semester, previously read, serving as a basis for discussion and feedback around structured questions. Each report and/or case is analyzed, in a group, in light of one or more theoretical components of the program, previously studied. These theoretical subjects are worked on in the classroom and discussed, being transposed to the experience and daily reality of organizations. Students are encouraged to interact with each other and with the teacher, continuously. Students orally present their work and receive feedback. The reports and/or cases aim to integrate concepts, apply them to real situations, and discuss and make decisions in a group.

In some semesters, there may be the development of a project consisting of creating a set of policies and recommendations for an organization chosen by the students."

Evaluation method

The assessment of the course is based on a written test that counts for 50% of the grade and the evaluation of various group assignments throughout the semester - discussion and appraisal of the reports, cases, and/or the project (remaining 50%)
