Teaching method
We start with the work developed by the students in the Education Research Synthesis Seminar to enhance it: 1) with six tutorial sessions; 2) Other moments of individual tutoring during the semester at the request of the students.
The teaching methods are participatory, as they involve tutorial monitoring of the preparation of students' research projects. Feedback is constant and in close conjunction with continuous assessment.
Evaluation method
The following evaluation elements of the curricular unit are considered:
Individual portfolio of the dissertation plan to be delivered at the end of the semester at Inforestudante, developed in several stages throughout the semester, that must include:
· Part I: introduction: theme, justification of the theme, object of study, objectives / starting questions (15%);
· Part II: Bibliographic research and criteria (15%);
· Part III: Methodology: presentation of the analysis model, methodology and its justification (15%);
· Final Delivery: with the three parts improved and with the inclusion of problems and a schedule (55%).
The portfolio will be created throughout the semester, with partial deliveries of its different parts with respective feedback from teachers. Before final delivery, the work will be presented in the classroom. The different parts will also be used to complete the dissertation project, which will have to be delivered at the end of the semester (at the level of the Master in Education Studies course).
