Bibliography
Bibliography is adpted to the content of the sessions, being indicated and made available to students as support of the conferences and study visits. This contributes to the constitution of a virtual library that supports the seminar, not restricted to the scientific production of the specialists that deliver the conference and lead the study visits, but that also addresses the topics considered in the various presentations.
Teaching method
The seminar is taught in e-learning on Universidade Aberta's teaching platform. The applied teaching methodologies are those recommended in the Virtual Pedagogical Model of this University. Collaborative (participation in asynchronous debates) and individual learning (study of learning materials made available and autonomous research) are prioritised. The theoretical component is ensured through conferences by renowned researchers. The virtual study visits ensure the theoretical-practical component and raise the students' awareness on Portuguese medieval heritage. In addition, supporting bibliography is provided, and its knowledge is tagged on the weekly debates moderated by the teachers (tutorial guidance).
Evaluation method
Continuous Assessment - Active participation in the debates(20%), Two written works of individual reflection (weight: 50% + 30%)(80%)
