- Sizing of major equipment, piping and pumps;

- Equipment specification sheets;

- Plant flowsheet;

- Instrumentation and control;

- P&I;

- Plant layout;

Economic and financial evaluation of the project

- Estimation of fixed investment and working capital;

- Timing of implementation;

- Estimate the cost of production;

- Previsonal Profit and Loss statements;

- Calculation of NPV, IRR, breakeven point, profitability of sales, payback period, and other criteria of return on investment;

- Sensitivity analysis of the profitability of the investment to the critical parameters and assessing the degree of risk of the project on the basis of this analysis.
