Scientific papers and key reference works in the scientific area of the thesis subject and related areas.

Teaching method

The learning methodologies include individual students sessions with the work supervisor to define the strategies for research and development of the preparation work for the thesis project.  It can also include the attendance to specific seminaries or specific courses.  The students’ work is done mainly in autonomy.

Evaluation method

The evaluation will be done by the Scientific Committee of the Doctoral programme afterwards the oral presentation of the thesis work plan in a public seminar that includes discussion. The grade will take in account the presented manuscript, the seminar presentation and discussion. It is previously required the approval of the work plan by the Thesis Accompanying Committee (CAT). The curricular unit approval requires a minimum classification of 9 5 values (out of 20 values).
