Insolvency
Objectives
The course's main goal is to provide students with an overview on insolvency law. At the end of the semester, students should be able to understand what mechanisms can be used to prevent insolvency and how to deal with insolvency proceedings, both in theory and in practice.

Teaching method
The teaching method combines theoretic presentation with the debate of several questions raised by the teacher and analysis of practical exercises.
Evaluation method
- Exam.
- Continuous evaluation and exam. The final grade will be calculated as follows: 35% for continuous evaluation (participation in class and a group assignment in writing) and 65% for the exam. The final grade can never be lower than the exam's grade.
