Bibliography

The bibliography of the subject coincides with the bibliography of civil law, commercial law, civil procedural law, criminal law and criminal procedural law, contained in Notice No. 21171/2020 , published in the Diário da República, 2nd Series, No. 253, of 31 December, which opened the competition for admission to a theoretical-practical initial training course to fill vacancies in the judiciary and public prosecution service.

 

Teaching method

The classes are theoretical and practical, being essential the attendance and participation of students in class.

The first six lessons will deal with civil law and civil procedure, and the last six lessons will deal with criminal law and criminal procedure.

Evaluation method

The final classification will result from the average (rounded to the nearest whole number) of the written examination mark and the continuous assessment mark, when the latter is higher than the examination mark.  

In case there is no continuous assessment, due to lack of elements, or it is inferior to the written examination grade, only the examination grade will be valid.
