Teaching method

Teaching methods include theoretical and practical classes with exercises and case studies. Sessions will always be open to discussion.

Students will also use serious games and a Change Management Simulator.

Evaluation method

1st Term – Change management simulation per group (40%), and final quiz (60%).

2nd Period – Change Management Plan (30%), and 2nd term exam (70%).

 

 

Change management simulationparticipation is mandatory at least at 2 of the 3 lab sessions.

 

Exam – The pass mark for the exam is 9.5.
