Objectives

This course introduces the principles of Project Managment applicable to all projects. Covers the general concepts of the project life cycle and project management processes and an overview of the principles, processes, and practices of agile approaches to project management

Students will integrate a practice use case analyzing project goals to develop a plan to ensure that project outcomes reflect an appropriate project management strategy.
