Information Project Management II
Objectives
This course complements the concepts of project management and project planning processes, learned in the previous trimester. The planning and control of the project schedule, resources, and costs are developed using project management software. The lecture also includes some advanced project management concepts, such as program and portfolio management and organizational project management offices (PMO).
Students will integrate a practice use case analyzing project goals to develop a plan to ensure that project outcomes reflect an appropriate project management strategy. The practice exercises make use of project management software (MS Project).
