Teaching method
Face-to-face and online lectures, class discussions and debates, self-assessments, a final exam, guided reading of academic journal articles and high-quality online sources, a qualitative research project with a class peer.

Subject matter
In this course we will examine the evidenced-based knowledge regarding work and family intersections. Our approach will be informed by psychology, management, sociology, and public policy. We will explore the use of family-friendly policies by organizations.
