Teaching method
This course comprises tutorial sessions between the candidate and his/her supervisor(s). The presentations at seminars, attended by other PhD candidates, supervisor(s), and Management professor, in addition to the three papers submission, will help to evaluate the candidate's progress and provide feedback regarding his/her path.

Subject matter
The program will be defined by the supervisor in accordance with the project proposed by the candidate, the specific Management field in which the project will be carried out, and the subject chosen as the research object. To successfully complete this course the PhD candidate must:
Spend one internationalization semester at a University or Research Center abroad (including the CEMSnetwork). This period should occur during the second year of the program Write three papers in accordance with the scientific journals' standards and potentially published in one of those peer review journals, one per each year (between the 2nd and 4th years of the program), which is the period during which the thesis is written.
Present his/her papers in international conferences at least twice (in the 3rd and 4th years of the program).
Present his/her papers in internal seminars in every year of the Thesis course (2nd, 3rd, and 4th years).
Submit the PhD Thesis in scientific paper format or as a monograph.
