From Fundamentals to Strategy Leadership

Objectives

This course presents an integrated and diverse perspective to leadership in organizational contexts, focusing since the complementarity between the management role and the leadership role, identifying the main competencies as well as presenting and contextualizing different approaches to leadership. This course aims, on the one hand, to understand what can happen to organizations that have "too much management and not enough leadership", as well as to develop the capacity for critical thinking about the leadership process and how it can occur under different formats.
