Change, Stress and Conflict Management
Objectives
This course deepens understanding of three central dynamics in leadership and teamwork: managing conflict, organisational change processes and stress, and stimulates discussion of potential strategies to 'navigate' these organisational challenges and help the team and organisation grow even in times of greatest difficulty.
