Teaching method
Teaching methodologies include theoretical, theoretical-practical classes and seminars. Theoretical classes introduce the concepts, principles, models and approaches to health promotion. Theoretical-practical classes focus on specific concepts, approaches and methods and apply them to specific situations, watching videos and reading extracts from scientific articles and using brainstorming, debate and individual exercises. In parallel, students should develop group work, which will be accompanied by the teacher throughout the semester. The seminars consist of the presentation and discussion of the works developed by the students.
The evaluation consists of: appreciation of individual participation during classes and preparation of group work (10%), individual written exercises (30%) and group work, with a weighting of 25% on the oral presentation and 35% on the written presentation.
