Speciality field seminar
Objectives
a) To acquire indepth knowledge of the state of the art in the particular field chosen by the student;
b) To understand the relationship of that field with all the disciplines of the humanities and enhance the sense of interdisciplinary relationship in research work;
c) To acquire the ability to propose innovative and new conceptualizations readings;
d) To acquire ability to prepare research work in the specific area in a doctoral level;
e) Preparing the PhD project.

Teaching method
In tutorials, the predominant assessment method is a final essay (100%), preparatory for the project work that the student must present at the end of the academic year.

Subject matter
The specialty seminar has an unusual operation, because it results from the number of students enrolled in each specialty. The seminar tends to be a virtual structure, grouping tutorials in which the student is accompanied by the tutor or supervisor in charge of supervising the final work of the course with the doctoral project.The syllabus is defined case by case according to the thesis themes of each student.
