Teaching method

NSL's pedagogical model is both theoretical and practical. Accordingly, the classes will include expository components¿integrating the Socratic method¿and practical components, which involve solving case studies and critically analyzing case law.

Evaluation method

There will be a written exam worth 100% of the grade.

Students can choose to take the intermediate test and participate in classes, thus ensuring a continuous assessment score.Depending on quality and frequency of participation in class debates, students will benefit from a 0.5 or 1.0 point bonus on the test grade.

The continuous evaluation will be worth 50% of the final grade in case of an increase of the exam grade.

The exam as well as the intermediate test will include (but will not be limited to) questions concerning one or more of the

specific texts that have been distributed at the beginning of the semester and which will not be discussed in class. Please refer to the

administrative law course moodle to access the texts as early as possible.
