Lectures, discussion of subjects previously assigned and case study based on court decisions, especially constitutional case law.
Evaluation method
1. Continuous evaluation (40%) + Final exam (60%). The final grade can never be lower than the exam's grade
2. Final exam: 100%.

I. Access to Justice: article 20 of the Constitution; the rights of action and defence.
II. Means of access to justice: judicial vs. alternative means; adjudicatory vs. non-adjudicatory mechanisms.
III. Principles of due process.
