Teaching method

Students are accompanied by a Faculty Professor (the coordinator) and by a supervisor from the law firm where the internship takes place. The methodology is variable as it depends on the type of work carried out, the law firm in question and the work programme prepared together with the supervisor.


Evaluation method

a) Two-week full-time internship in the litigation department of a law firm;



b) Report in which the student reflects on the activity carried out and the obstacles encountered and presents a critical reflection on the experience;



c) Confirmation of the internship by the organisation where it was carried out or by the supervisor;



d) Assessment of the merit of the report by a Faculty Professor, with the mention "Approved" or "Not approved".


Subject matter

This experience consists of a two-week full-time internship in the litigation department of a leading law firm. Among other things, students will closely follow contacts with clients, the drafting of court documents and various court proceedings.
